Sand Canyon Therapy provides speech-language pathology services to individuals and families. Services are available in-person or via secure telehealth platforms, depending on client needs and location.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Missed appointments without notice may incur a cancellation fee. We understand that life happens — please reach out if you need to reschedule.

3. Payments & Insurance

We accept a variety of insurance plans and offer private-pay options. Clients are responsible for understanding their benefits and any out-of-pocket costs. All fees are due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

4. Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting your privacy. All personal and health information shared during services is kept strictly confidential, in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

5. Teletherapy Use

If using teletherapy, clients agree to secure their own internet access and participate in a quiet, private environment. Sessions may be ended or rescheduled if technical issues interfere with service quality.
